Putting the customer experience first, my design team, in collaboration with marketing strategists and development team, put our heads together to journey map, wireframe, and design a new "mobile first" customer account website to service life insurance users who wanted to make online payments or view policy information.
Since the launch of this new experience, we have seen self-service account registration grow 6-10% month-over-month.
